A brand and 3D visualizations that sell a modular home before the first board is laid
WoodHC offers four fixed-price modular home models and fully custom design. Since the client is buying a house that doesn't exist yet at the time of purchase, the brand and photorealistic visualizations become the only sales tool before the first board goes up.
The logo and home visualizations were designed by Westtro.
Four fixed models, one factory
WoodHC is a Latvian timber-frame and modular home manufacturer. Instead of designing every house from scratch, they offer four fixed-price models — Liepa, Family, Loft, and Lake — plus fully custom design for clients with their own plot and vision. Every home is built in the factory, transported as finished modules, and installed on site, rather than being built up over years.
Structural warranty on all models.
Finishing works warranty.
Air-tightness test at 50 Pa pressure.
How do you sell a house that doesn't exist yet
A modular home is one of the biggest purchases of a client's life, and they sign off on it without ever seeing the finished result in person — the house doesn't exist yet at the moment the contract for materials and finishes is signed. The catalog can't rely on photography; it has to work with visualization that looks real enough for the client to trust a €30,000–130,000 investment decision.
On top of that comes a transparency requirement: the client needs to see exactly what's included in the fixed price — foundation, walls, windows, heating, interior finishing — and what additional costs (utility hookups, landscaping) to expect on top of it, before signing a contract for a house they can only judge on a screen.
Brand and visualization as the primary product image
Westtro developed WoodHC's brand identity — a wordmark with a roof-shaped icon — and the photorealistic 3D visualizations that serve as the primary product image for the fixed models, including the Liepa model visualization below. These visualizations replace photography where there's simply nothing to photograph yet: the house exists only as a model while the client is buying it. Real construction-site photos stay in a separate project gallery as social proof that the process works — never mixed with the sales visualizations, so the client always knows exactly what they're looking at.
