Trust for industrial clients, built before the first completed project
Baltic Heat is a new, independent heat-treatment service provider in Liepāja, working with the energy, oil/gas, and manufacturing industries across Europe. The website had to convince industrial clients of its safety and precision — at a moment when the stats section honestly showed nothing but zeros.
The website was developed by Westtro.
Heat treatment that protects pipelines and pressure vessels
Baltic Heat is a new, independent heat-treatment service provider founded in Liepāja. The team specializes in preheating, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), and furnace treatment for welded and fabricated components in the energy, oil/gas, and manufacturing industries — pipelines, pressure vessels, steam piping, boilers, and steel structures. Services are available both on-site across Europe and in their own equipped workshop in Liepāja.
How do you look trustworthy when the stats show zeros
For industrial clients — power plants, oil refineries, manufacturing facilities — a heat-treatment mistake isn't cosmetic; it can mean a failed pipeline or boiler. They're trusting a company with safety before they even ask about price. And Baltic Heat's problem was direct: in the stats section where other companies show years in business and projects completed, Baltic Heat could honestly show only zeros — a new company with no history.
The website had to prove trustworthiness not with numbers from the past, but with visible competence right now: the team's experience, compliance with standards (ASME, EN, AWS), and a clear, flexible service model that demonstrates professionalism even before the first completed project.
Honest zeros, surrounded by visible competence
Westtro built the Baltic Heat website to shift trust from "how long have we worked" to "how precisely do we work." The stats bar honestly shows zeros — no pretending — but right below it follows a numbered, detailed breakdown of five service lines, split into "Core Services" and "Support Services" categories, and a "Why clients choose us" section that highlights experienced specialists, Europe-wide coverage, and a flexible collaboration model — instead of relying on a history that doesn't exist yet.
